Terms of Service
Last updated: 8/20/2026
Services
Ship4U provides third-party logistics services — receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and returns handling — for client inventory, as agreed between Ship4U and each client.
Billing
Services are billed according to Ship4U's published rate card, which applies equally to all clients. Billable actions are logged as they occur and invoiced monthly. Payment terms will be confirmed at onboarding.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product and order information. Ship4U is not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate data provided by the client.
Liability
Ship4U will handle client inventory with reasonable care. Specific liability terms for lost, damaged, or misdirected inventory will be set out in a separate service agreement between Ship4U and each client.
Termination
Either party may end the service relationship with reasonable notice, as detailed in the client's service agreement. Remaining inventory will be returned to the client or disposed of as mutually agreed.
